High-Pressure Turbine is a multi-layer structure that converts steam to shaft power. This is more efficient but requires a lot more steam to kick start the turbine and keep the turbine going compared to Turbine.  It has a total of 8 stages including the steam injector ring. This structure can be connected to a Turbine Generator to directly convert shaft power to Redstone Flux(RF) and EU (shift + rightclick with a screwdriver).

Low Pressure Liquids can be obtained by having reservoir up to 3 blocks below the structure.
